Mr. Linh H. Le brings more than two decades of work experience in the healthcare space, stemming from several industry sectors including molecular diagnostics, infectious diseases, and medical devices. He comes to Volex Health from various biotech companies including Predicine, where he served as the Corporate Operations Leader and Chief Financial Officer, leading key financial and infrastructure changes that enabled scalability and operational excellence across the organization on a global scale. His prior experience includes Ambry Genetics, where he was Chief Operating Officer, and Medtronic Diabetes Group, where he has held various leadership positions of increased responsibilities over a span of fourteen years. Before his time at Medtronic, Linh’s experiences include leadership roles at the Walt Disney Company and management advisory services with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Lastly, Linh began his professional career in the assurance practice of KPMG, providing attestation services in the healthcare and technology practices where he earned his CPA designation. Linh was named LA Times CFO of the year in 2022.
Hoa Nguyen – RDT&E executive in aerospace, aviation, infrastructure, cloud & strategic operations. Former Google X, Google Cloud, and US Air Force moonshot enthusiast.
Born out of the USAF Test Pilot School and a graduate of U.C. Davis in Aeronautical & Mechanical Engineering to become a flight & space test engineer, Hoa has been focusing on the intersection of innovation and operationalizing products for scale ever since. His proven simple solutions and consultancy in delivering scaled operations globally across multiple domains (space, stratosphere, aeronautics, telemetry, and cloud) yielding complex engineering feats for chaotic and fast moving environments.
He’s been executing on moonshoots for the commercial industries starting at Google X on Project Loon to sprinkling internet around the world, drove the adoption of Google Cloud globally through digital transformation for verticals (healthcare, public sector, education, retail, manufacturing, etc), and re-defining Google’s global vendor strategy and management injecting data driven human capital intelligence for effectiveness. He utilized data-driven methodologies in rapid RDT&E, product support, and vendor management for cost effective operation with high customer satisfaction.
With less conventional experience than most, he admits his perspective is different, one shaped by his unique operations background and a love for change. He rejects the status quo and welcomes the possibility of fresh solutions. This sentiment echoes his continued multidisciplinary work offering a unique approach to existing challenges of today’s world.
Jeff Debrosse, is currently the CTO of Volex Health and a veteran in the technology and cybersecurity domains. He has a distinguished 35-year career dedicated to architecting, constructing, and launching technology-based solutions.
Previously, Jeff was the Founder and CTO of NXT Robotics. There, he was instrumental in the design of a secure operating system for a pioneering fleet of security robots. He was also the Director of Research at Websense, leading a team in cybersecurity research, analysis, and product development. Jeff also worked on classified projects for the intelligence community where he created and deployed increasingly effective and sophisticated cybersecurity solutions across a broad spectrum of applications.
Jeff’s legacy in cybersecurity further encompasses his role as the former Head of Research at ESET, a San Diego-based antimalware company. His contributions to the cybersecurity field is globally recognized, and he regularly speaks at prominent cybersecurity events, including Gartner, BlackHat, DEF CON, and RSA. Jeff Debrosse’s ongoing dedication underscores his reputation as an influential figure in the world of technology and cybersecurity.
